| Photography has been an interest for me since
the seventh grade when I began to study it. Just before I started eight
grade, Hurricane Andrew
tore through South Florida, where I lived at the time. Our photography class
took pictures of the aftermath and the result was an
exhibition that toured the country. The picture shows one of the many
military troops that were called in to help with recovery. This was near one
of the "tent cities" that were set up to house people who lost their homes
due to Andrew. |
